I just added a S&W 4043 to my Family. This is the first S&W I have owned. The other members of this blended Family have welcomed it with open arms. If anyone has information about the 4043 [ good or bad ] I would be grateful.

Hey I also have a 4043 DAO. By far the best firearm I own. I am in law enfrocement, my dept also still uses the 4043. We are starting to transfer over to another s/w model. The 4043 has a slightly heavy trigger pull but other then that awsome weapon. For work and the range. Any questions let me know!

The very best third gen S&W 40 cal pistols in my opinion and I have a few. Alloy frame. DAO, and night sights. Great pistols!
