Looks like they did it right.... doesn't have that stupid Series 80 firing pin setup, and they passed on most of the other dumb "gotta have" stuff as well. No full-length guide rod (the answer to a question that was never asked), no external extractor (ditto), no frontstrap checkering.....
I see another 1911 in my future.
