Are the hammers on a super redhawk and a Gp100 interchangeable? Also are there any differences between the internal parts of the 2 guns? Springs, etc... I'm going to put a scope on a GP100 and want to know what my options are if it interferes with cocking the hammer. Could I just order a super redhawk hammer and install it, and be good to go? Thanks.

I'd place a call to Ruger and ask them

Nevermind, dumb question. I compared the 2 guns and they are obviously different. Should have looked at them before I posted.
