the difference between a mod 21 and a mod 21SF?
Both are 45acp,

The G21 SF has a slimmer grip frame a ambidextrous magazine release and the front of the frame were you mount accesories is a picatenny rail you just about have to hold both models to really see the difference.

The "SF" has a bit of the space between the rear of the magazine well and the rear of the grip shortened.

Not all of the "SF"s have an ambidextrous magazine catch.

It is available with a regular magazine catch as well, and either a GLOCK light rail or a picatinny rail. For now, anyway.

"SF" stands for Short Frame, it's not any slimmer, and it still uses the same mags as the non-SF counterparts.
