Tomcat is the .32 with the pop-up barrel. Does Beretta make a .380 that has the same type of pop-up barrel, and if so, what name is it to be found under? Also, is Beretta the only maker that employs this engineering? My wife has RA, and cannot rack a slide, but she could single action cock and fire a Tomcat, which would set up for the remaining cartridges to be fired as any normal semi, with way less trigger pull than the first shot in a standard semi-auto.
