I have a Beretta 92FS that came out right after 9/11. It is marked Infinite Justice - 1 of 1000 in gold lettering also has the head of an Eagle on front left slide. The government quickly changed Infinite Justice to "Enduring Freedom".
I haven't seen this version in the books.
Any info???

OIJ became OEF on 25 Sep 2001 after Muslims protested that Allah was the only one who could dispense "Infinite Justice".

I have seen the Beretta show up on the auction sites on occassion. Usually in the 700-800 price range for NIB.
