I have a Walker Colt made in mid 70s. Never fired in original box.
Any ideas as to value of this wonderful piece?
Thanks

Colt outsourced the manufacture of those guns but did inspect, market and sell them. I understand they will furnish a factory letter for them. More information and values can be found in "Percussion Colt Revolvers-The Second Generation-Collector's Handbook and Price Guide" by Dennis Russell. Values can also be found in the second edition of "Blue Book of Modern Black Powder Arms" by Allen and Adler. I don't have either book so I can't give you a value guesstimate.

They were made in Italy by Uberti, pastr finished and assembeled by Iver Johnson, marked and marketed as Colts.

They have become very collectable over the years. The better the condition, the higher the value -unfired and in the box is very good, but I can't give you a dollar figure, either.

Last one I saw for sale was nearly 10 years ago, and for some reason $700 comes to mind, but I'd check some of the auction sites and try to find a similar one for sale to get a rough idea.
