Love the WWI repro (latest edition). Great trigger (long) great grip (flat mainspring housing) great accuracy. But the durn mainspring housing lost it's blue after about 5 times out shooting it. Tried to have it reblued but it lost blue again. Metal is definitely steel (at least magnetic) but looks kinda funny. I have returned the gun to Colt and am waiting for return. All other blue is holding fine, just the drated mainspring housing is losing blue.
Anyone else had this interesting problem with this gun?
