I am new here, but a regular on shotgunworld. My son has found a CZ 9mm, model 75 B. It appears to be in good condition, allegedly has had 100 rounds fired through it. Asking price is $250. Is this a deal?

md--I didn't notice the avatar until I posted the reply. You & I could likely have a lively argument. I am a devout Astro fan, and have been since late 60's. But grew up listening to KMOX because that was the only bb radio broadcast at night, anywhere, that I knew of.

Oh Noo not a Houston Fan

They have been a pain in the butt for the last ten years or so. I was disappointed when they did not do better against the white sox after beating us to go to the WS. the least they could have done was beat the Sox and win the whole damn thing.

Ya know, I don't think there was much left after that terriffic series with the Redbirds. My boss was at the game when Pujols hit the monster shot; he said it got quiet as a tomb in there. I even read where Pujols said he could hear his feet when they hit the basepath. That was as entertaining a series as I can recall. I stayed up and watched every inning of every game, including the ones with extra frames-went to work sleepy as hell. I also read that on the plane back to Houston, after Pujol's homer, the mood was somber, no laughing, no card playing, just long faces. But somewhere in flight, Ausmus jumped out of his seat and yelled, "Look, there is Pujol's home run. The damned thing is still climbing." Apparently, that loosened them up and at least made the flight home a little better. Sure doesn't have much to do with handguns, huh?

Yeah the end of the season series between the Cards and Astros is always a good one. Houston does put a good team on the field, and always entertaining. Good luck to your Astros this year, but not too good of luck
