Looking at purchasing a Desert Eagle in brushed nickle. What is the average price for this gun. The one I am looking at is 1400.00. Sound about right? This is one sweet looking gun. I would also like to hear some pros, and cons. If there are any. I have never put this kind of money in a hand gun, so any advise would help.

I've seen them priced new from $1100-1700 depending on the finish of the gun. $1400 is the most common price I see. Ammo is very expensive and may be hard to find at times.
