reply to ugly dog: Your EAA Witness must have been an older model than the one I had. Mine was a CZ-75 clone made in Italy by Tanfoglio. It was stolen after about 3 years in my collection. I only fired it a few times, so can't speak about its durability, but it was accurate and had a good trigger, both single and double action. I liked the safety, which could be engaged with the hammer cocked, half-cocked or down, so one could carry it cocked and locked if desired. As to your single action, go to gunblast.com, click on archive, and check out Paco Kelly's article on the .357 Bounty Hunter from EAA. He really liked it. logeorge
