I'm guessing you are looking for a revolver as the 22 mag in an auto has been problematical. The only one I can think of off hand was an AMT and it was not overly reliable. In a handgun, I would think you could trade straight up for a Ruger Single Six with dual 22 LR and 22 mag cylinders or any number of semi-autos in 22LR. There have been some S&W double action revolvers chambered in 22 mag but they seem to be few and far between. I wish I could help but I'm currently looking for a .22 revolver too as I am down to just autos myself.
