i want to but a glock 30. Which is chambered in 45acp. does anyone have any experience with this gun? I want to put crimson trace grips on it my concern about this is that the pressure switch is on the back on the grip. I think it would be hard to depress without wanting to squeeze of a round. I wanted the internal laser by the lasermax corp but i dont want to have to reach up in turn it on in a stress situation.Any experience with this? I want to by the meprolight sights for it orange on the back and green in front. I also want to get the +2 floor plates. please help so i dont go down the wrong path. I just applied for my concealed carry license
so this gun will be my concealed pistol. Do you know of any holsters that are good that will work with a surefire X200 b. Thanks for looking :D

I'm neither an expert nor a Glock fan... but what you've described might be a bit difficult to conceal... unless you weigh 300 lbs. Give that a thought. Also consider that the more trinkets you add to a weapon, the more bulk and snag points.

I found the Glock 30 was too wide in the grip for me. I have small hands. So I got the Glock 36. One thing you might want to do, is only put the +2 on your spare mags. So the one on the gun doesn't stick out anymore than necessary. Just a thought.

I own a G30 and have carried it. The only problem is it is a little bulky for concealed carry.
You might also want to look at the G26 and G27, 9mm and .40 respectively; they are a little thinner and just as short as the G30.
As far as the accessories, I don’t put much stock in there usefulness since most defensive shots are less that 20 feet. However this is just my opinion.

Congratulations.
For me the 30 actually a little more accurate than the 21. Im sure your love for it will grow.

Do you own the Surefire X200B yet? I would seriously consider against a dedicated weaponlight since they are very expensive and add a good deal of thickness to the Glock 30, especially for concealed carry. For around $60 you can pick up a G2 Nitrolon LED versus around $200 for the X200B, and you can carry the flashlight around without the pistol.

+2's don't work on 30 mags. i would seriously recomend a g30sf First of all the glock tac light adds no thickness to the gun at all. Other brands do. If you want the best concealable glock you could consider buying a 30sf that i have . it's new in box. Never been fired and has glock ,mepro tritium night sights. Nothing better, nothing brighter or more durable. I got 14 years from my last mepro ,glock ns's.This is a great deal that will probablly be gone by the time you might answer. 2 new mags come with the gun. The 30sf has sat in the box since i bought it a month ago. My wife is hassling me over spending the money so i thought i would try to sell itnow and wait until i get a tax refund to satisfy her. I would not mind having to kjeep it... [email protected] Oh , price , 100 bucks cheaper than you'll find it anywhere else. As far as a holster , i recomend a clipdraw. google clipdraw to see one. Eliminates all the holster hassle and bulky bumps. I actually have a clipdraw that i can throw in.

before you buy a compact, i would find a gun rental range to try one. If not, ask any people at your range if you can try.

alot of poeple end up buying more then they can handle. especially when they put +Ps in it.

so, before you spend your $$ on a gun, i would try to find one to try.
