Grades or calibers?

On both shotgun and shootingworld they have grades or calibers every time you awnser a certain amount of posts. Why don't they have that on this website?

Maybe because I'm currently the only one near 200 posts. I see about 5 other guys near 100 but it will take a while to get that much traffic.

The ironic thing is that I don't even have much to say, I'm just trying to learn.

lol the only reason ur post count is so high is cuz of that dumb pistolworld givaway thingy :roll: lol gonna be funny when that contest is over n then the thread gets deleted as well as all ur posts and then ul loose like 100 posts from ur post meter :lol: anyways i say we use pistol calibers and then the highest will be .500 magnum :twisted:

I think we could use 600 nitro express as the highest. There was an Off Topic link on SGW to a video of a pistol chambered in it. It flew out of the guy's hand and cartwheeled behind him!

Do a search for it, there was a light load video too.

So far I think I'm at about 90 posts. My count may go down but I will be $25 richer and off to buy another gun with it (I hope). Besides numbers don't matter unless their related to caliber. 8)

.600 NE is a rifle cartridge tho :? if thats the kinda thing u want then i say make it .50 bmg cuz i saw a B movie where they modified a single shot .50 bmg rifle to where it looked like a long handgun :twisted:

I seriously wonder if anyone is strong enough to hold the full load without breaking their wrist. I love the look on the guy's face after the gun flies away.

Amazing how quickly off topic a simple question can get isn't it?

Will a caliber rating be implemented later? .500 is the logical top rating, I was just giving Maser a hard time.

To get to the first caliber you need 50. I know that much but it probaly doubles or triples every next caliber. Wonder what the biggest caliber is? Probaly a .500 magnum.

well the ranks seem to be in caliber rather than specific cartridge so im guessin the highest will be called either .50 or .500 caliber

although i was thinking that if they go way back to blackpowder days they may make .75 caliber the highest cuz iv heard of muzzle loading pistols that were that caliber that were used on wild horses or something :shock:
