I have a S&W 500 4" and had a holster made by Black hills Leather. I went with a high ride hip holster and it carries and feels like my CCW gun. I use an AKER belt with a polymer liner which prevents sagging, www.galls.com. I have had many holsters made by Rudy Lozano (black hills leather), they are well made,durable, fit perfect, and he is great to work with. He will add/subtract features that you like and guarantees his work. His prices are excellent, you end up with a custom holster for less than most of the big name stock items. Good luck.

Check out HighNoonHolsters.com they make a great product but if it's not in stock it is a 20+ week wait. The price is fair, I paid $167 fora custom for my S&W M&P 45. It included the undertaker harness, double mag pouch and tie downs
