A different lube can also cause different degrees of leading. Has there been a change there? Also, in low velocity rounds leading is often caused by too hard an alloy which allows the gasses from firing to pass the bullet in the barrel depositing lead on the rifling because the bullet does not expand to seal the bore. Metal prices have been all over the map lately, so a change in alloy could be the culprit.
