dude,

go to Taurus's web site and look for authorized repair shops in your area. If there isnt any info like the call them.

im not sure why you wont send it back to them since they have like a lifetime warrently on their guns.

Wayne, I have done several 85's etc and replace all the springs in them, along with some polishing ,and work on the cylinder latch to make it lockup better. Then you can polish and chamfer the cylinders and I usually re-cut the crown also....I don't have any cylinder end shake bushings for these but I am working on it...All this would cost you $60 if you were in San Antonio... I recently moved there and am hobbying out of the house for now.. This is my first post on here also.. I worked with Ron Power, Powercustom.com this summer and took his two week college class in N. C. on Action Jobs...
