I have model 1950 S&W. It is a 45 Auto Rim. The gun is in near perfect condition. I have been told the model was changed sfter a few years to a model 22. What can you tell me about the value of the gun. The barrel length is about 6 in.

Post over on smith-wessonforum.com. Provide pictures if you can, SN, bbl length, all markings and their locations, finish description, sight description, grips, etc. Lots of very knowledgeable folks over there.
