PA House Bill 760 was introduced at the end of March. What is purposed is as follows:
1. A $10 annual "registration fee" for each firearm you own
2. An annual background check is required for each firearm you own
3. Fingerprinting
4. Photographs of you and photographs of the firearm
5. Registration or passport like book must be kept with the firearm at all times. If you're out duck hunting with your Pappy's favorite O/U you need to have this book with you or the firearm can be confiscated by the state police.
