I am very new to reloading. I've successfully load 5.56 rounds for my AR but am having trouble with .40 S&W for my Glock. I believe the problem is due to either my expander die or loading die setup - or both. About half my reloads have the cases "crushed". They are seated correctly but the case shows a conspicuous crumpling on the side. Anyone have any suggestions? I'll continue to be stubborn and try different die settings but suspect that someone recognizes the problem and can help. I'm using RCBS carbide dies in a Rock Chucker press.
