I am able to purchase a Sauer & Sohn single action .44 that looks to be in 99% shape. It's missing the cylinder wich Numerich has for around $60.00 for all the parts I would need. This gun has no wear on the finish anywhere and the bore is perfect. Anyone know anything about these guns? I am not familiar with the firm, so any help would be appreciated. I would probably have around $120-130 invested in this gun by the time I got it back together. Should I consider this, or save my dough for a used Ruger? BTW, will be used strictly used for plinking and casual shooting. Thanks, Casey
