Are we able to post an ad for a gun we'd like to sell/trade for another gun on this site? How do people go about trading if it is at all possible? If going between states, does a pistol have to be in possession of an ffl dealer for a certain amount of time before it can be transferred to another state? Thanks, Ron

The classifieds section near the bottom of the index is where WTS (want to sell) WTT (trade) or WTB (buy) ads should go. I recommend putting one of the three in your title just for the convenience of viewers.

Between states both guns must be received by a FFL. Some dealers also require that the shipping is from a FFL but that is just a policy thing. If I drop a gun off at my dealer he ships it out the same or next day. No reason for him to hold it.
