i have a model 10 .38 and out of boredom and curiousity i put a 2 in barrell on it instead of the factory 4in. Ive grown to love large feel of the gun and the reliability and enjoy I carrying it.
Even though it fits in jsut about any pocket the large frame makes it uncomfotable. I am wondering if anyone knows of anyone who makes a holster that will fit a 6 shot 2 in barrell model 10

Both Safariland and Galco make a huge variety of holsters for the K frame revolvers such as your model 10.

The shortest barrel length they show currently is for 2.5 inch barrels.

Half an inch of extra holster is better than 2 inches of extra holster.

Some of the holsters like the yaqui slide don't care what your barrel length is.
