I bought the Taurus PT111 (compact 9mm) for My girly to shoot and she seems to LOVE the pistol! it really hasn't had any problems, not once has it failed to feed or stove piped, The gun all auround is just a great weapon, Especially for someone with Smaller hands!

I'm Curious though, Do any of ya know if anyone makes a decent RH Hip Holster for this weapon, And if so..WHERE can I find one?!? I've checked out most of the places that I buy holsters from, and no one seems to make them! She Wants a Black leather Belt holster, almost like the Black Widow Style Made by Bianchi....Any Idea's?

You'll have to take thegun to a shop and fit it. Most makers do not make for the Taurus and you'll be left trying to fit it into a S&W holster. :wink:

Bianchi has a belt holster for this model in their Carrylock line. Is it possible that the PT111 shares a frame with the 24/7 which would make those holsters applicable here too? I'm not big on Taurus but there is often some accessory interchangability between models. I'd try the bigger companies directly, it is not uncommon for them to have holsters out in mid-year, after the catalog was completed. Often the website does not seem to be updated until the new catalog comes out either so that is not always the most accurate.

Safariland has a black synthetic custom holster that fits most autos- I beleive they have two models- check their site & see if a similar weapon is listed- its universal with tension screws that pull into mould to your gun- good luck

yes, my wife noticed the pink things. I own a pt111 and now she wants one. So i guess i'll get to play the game "you buy one and I buy one".
