This is the cover photo of a $17 million dollar ad campaign by HK. It's been sent to Law Enforcement and Military purchasing agents world-wide. Does anyone at HK have any idea what quality control means?

The magazine is loaded backwards!

It isn't backwards, that's an artistic interpretation of a loaded magazine.

They obviously compromised somewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if someone loses their job over this. Have any of you emailed them? I'm considering it.

Has anyone seen one of these brochures in real life?

For some reason I suspect that someone has taken some libertys with the original and a computer, giving us this version.

I'm not trying to start a flame war here, but H&K has never impressed me. Their guns are some of the most overpriced on the face of the Earth. I will say the Benelli shotguns posess good quality and design, but the bulk of their product is overpriced molded plastic and metal stampings. Look at a Glock, the original Polymer pistol, (and still the one to beat). They run around $475.00 for a full sized .45 with a couple of hi-cap mags. They will run forever. Look at this Model 23 "SOCOM". $2,300.00?? I don't think so. Look at a standard CAR-15 in 9 MM compared to an MP-5. The CAR can be had for under a grand most anywhere, while the MP-5 "weapons system" costs thousands. H&K gets away with it because of there military contracts world wide. It's easy to over charge the government and it's taxpayers. If they had to survive on civilian sales, I don't know many who would, or could pay what they want for their product. Bill T.

I think I saw that HK catalog boo boo 10 years ago. stupid mistakes seem to haunt companies forever.

Another thought I had was that the german civilian population knows pretty much nil when it comes to firearms. what do you expect? The photographer only knows about shooting pics.
