Does anyone know if the public ranges in Pennsylvania are for resident's use only? I have a friend (we're both from NJ) who wants me to go with him and he says it's "probably legal" for out of state users, but I'd be much more comfortable knowing for sure.

I used to shoot at one near Allentown - there was never anyone there to check. Just other shooters, and not many of those.

They are open for all to use. I regularly shoot at one north of Pittsburgh, and I'm from NJ.
