A relative of mine passed away & he had 2 pistols. We are trying to get a fair market value for both. One is a Colt MK IV/Series '80 Government Model 380 Auto. The other is a .45 that looks like it came from Spain. On one side it has STAR B. Echeverria Eibar-Espana S.A. MOD.PD - Cal .45 and on the other it shows The Garcia Corp. Wash. D.C. Can anyone help?

The condition will determine the value.... it is generally stated as the percent original finish remaining. Without that figure, there's no way to put a value on them.

Also, any alterations, scratches & dings, buggered screwheads, etc. will detract significantly from the value.
