Can't help you with the WA laws but you can probably find them anywhere online pretty easy. Just Google them. Suggestion? Come to Vermont. Soon's you turn 18, you literally have the ability to do almost anything you want with any handgun. Concealed/open carry with any handgun is legal by anyone 18 or older. the only places you cant carry are bars, banks, school property, health center/hospital/etc, and government-type property (post offices, court rooms...). I'm eighteen so I'm legally an adult and can carry. The other day I was hunting woodchucks at a freind's so I had my revolver strapped to my side (plain sight). On my way home that evening, I stopped at the gas station to buy gas and there was a cop in line behind me. After I payed and turned to walk outside, he pointed to my side and said, "That's a nice piece." I'm serious. The only other state where you find laws like VT's is Alaska. No permit required.
