My son just bought a new Taurus Millennium Pro 9mm. Of course it is covered with oil. What cleaning product can you use on the polymer frame, that won't hurt or destroy the polymer frame? I have Birchwood/Casey gun scubber in a jar. And I also have Hoppes #9 gun solvent. I don't know if he can use these products on a polymer frame pistol. Thanks, gearyr.

I don't own any poly frames but did he not get a manual with it? If he bought used I think a trip over to the Taurus website may produce a manual for ya.

But all in all I wouldn't think that poly could be damaged by common gun cleaning liquids and kits.
