I know this sounds like a silly question, since they say springfield armory USA on the side of the slide... But are They Made here or imported? I know the HS2000 was imported. Did SA buy the design and start making them here, or are they still Croatian manufacture?

The only reason I ask is they don't really address this much on thier website. Guess I wasn't paying attention much when they first hit the market...

They are made in Croatia.

Springfield Armory USA is the importer.

They don't advertise it, just like they don't advertise the fact that their 1911 frames are made by Imbel in Brazil and imported into the U.S.A.
